Subud California, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 corporation. It exists to provide a structure to support the activities in California and Nevada of the association of Susila Budhi Dharma, known as Subud. It is associated with Subud USA and with the World Subud Association.

The business of the organization is carried out through annual meetings of the membership where officers of the corporation are selected for two-year terms. A Council of members from the various centers meets regularly to implement policy and to oversee the operation of the Corporation.
